For Semafore’s core oncology focus, the company plans to develop PI3K inhibitor compounds (SF1126 and others) for solid and hematological tumors through Phase II clinical trials, and will consider partnerships with a leading biotech or pharmaceutical company for Phase III trials and FDA marketing approval.

To realize the potential value of our technology outside of oncology, the company will also opportunistically capitalize on non-core therapeutic applications via licensing and collaboration agreements.
